We’re looking for an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to join our group of Workday experts. Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of implementation experience. Certification is good to have but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Workday Talent & Performance solutions.
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Talent & Performance module.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core Compensation configurations, workflows, and reporting.

Strong client communication and analytical skills.
- Work authorization in the U.S. (W2/C2C eligible).
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday HCM Core or Learning module.
- Workday certification in Talent & Performance.
- Exposure to Reporting or Prism Analytics.
- Experience working in a consulting or multi-client environment.
