At i8CLOUD, we are global deployment partners for Workday and Odoo, with team presence in US, Canada and India. We’re launching a dedicated Incubation Lab (i8X Lab) to experiment with next-generation product ideas at the intersection of automation, AI/ML, and full-stack development.

You’ll work directly with our leadership and senior engineers to conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on AI-first product ideas.

This position is based out of our Lucknow/Bhubaneswar office only and we are seeking candidates who are immediately available.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models (NLP & CV).
- Develop LLM-based applications with RAG pipelines, LangChain, and vector databases.

Build scalable ML pipelines for real-world deployments.

Work on cloud-based AI solutions using AWS/GCP.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated trends, and best practices.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or Higher
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Transformers).
- Strong foundation in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Experience or understanding of full-stack development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, backend frameworks)
Nice to have
- Bachelors in CS-AI
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Graph Neural Networks, Explainable AI.
