i8CLOUD Consulting, a rapidly growing Workday Services and Odoo Ready partner, is looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in both Learning & Development and Recruitment. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the onboarding process by developing and managing comprehensive training materials for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
In this role, you will also be a key player in our recruitment efforts, helping to source, screen, and onboard top talent that aligns with our growth and organizational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads to identify skill gaps, design relevant training programs, and streamline our recruitment processes to attract the best candidates.
If you have experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and have demonstrated success in building engaging and effective training materials, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients and contribute to i8CLOUD’s mission of delivering top-notch digital transformation solutions.
This position is based out of our Lucknow office.
Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Support recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases)

Help onboard new employees and manage documentation

Maintain employee records and HRIS updates

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in payroll inputs and leave management
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 0-2 years of experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
